Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery area. We deliver within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein only.

2. Options & costs.

• Self-collection (Uzwil) — free. Pick up your bike at our location in Uzwil by appointment;
  we'll confirm a time once it's ready. Collected in a cardboard box.
• Self-collection & assembly — flat CHF 100. We assemble the bike so you can collect it ready to ride.
• Shipping, self-assembly — CHF 150. Shipped within Switzerland in the original packaging,
  unassembled. Typically 7–14 days depending on availability and distance.
• Premium shipping (fully assembled) — CHF 250. We assemble the bike and ship it ready to ride;
  dispatched once assembly is complete.

3. Pre-orders & delivery times. The availability shown on the product page applies: vehicles in stock ship within 1-2 working days, vehicles from our external warehouse within 2-3 weeks. All times are estimates. If a delay arises from supply-chain logistics we will inform you promptly. For vehicles marked as "Pre-Order" we request the remaining balance once the vehicle is ready for dispatch.

4. Transfer of risk. In accordance with Art. 185 OR, benefit and risk pass to you upon handover
of the goods to the carrier, or upon physical handover at pickup in Uzwil.
