Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy supplements our General Terms and Conditions (AGB) and our Cancellation
Policy. It applies to purchases made through findoak-moto.ch. It does not affect your mandatory statutory
warranty rights (see our Warranty / Gewährleistung page and AGB §6).

1. No statutory right of withdrawal. Under Swiss law there is no general right of withdrawal or
return for online purchases once the goods have been dispatched or handed over. When you place an
order, you enter into a binding contract.

2. Pre-order reservation deposits. For vehicles offered as "Pre-Order" we collect a flat
reservation deposit of CHF 250 to secure your build/delivery slot. This deposit is 100%
refundable, for any reason, at any time before we begin final shipping preparation for your vehicle.
To cancel and request your refund, email info@findoak.ch. The deposit is returned in full to your
original payment method and your vehicle is offered to the next customer on the waitlist. Once you have
paid the remaining balance and the vehicle has been handed over for delivery or collected, the sale is
final.

3. Returns of delivered vehicles. Because of the nature and rapid depreciation of motor vehicles,
all sales are final upon delivery or pickup. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in exceptional,
mutually agreed cases, and only for vehicles that are (a) exactly 0 km / unused, (b) in their
original, undamaged packaging, and (c) free of any signs of use or modification. Any approved
return-shipping costs are borne by the customer. Modified vehicles (e.g. removed speed limiter / cut
restrictor) cannot be returned.

4. Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation. Original shipping and assembly fees are non-refundable except where we are at fault or where the law requires otherwise.

5. Defective vehicles. Defects are handled under the statutory 24-month warranty — see our
Warranty page and AGB §6, not this Return & Refund Policy.
